Mail Order

Orders mailed in will incur a setup fee. Use mail order only if you have a print or negative with no digital file. Standard turnarounds do not apply. You can save on setup fees and get a quicker turnaround by using the online Kiosk.

For your own protection, we will not be able to process any e-mailed or mailed orders without payment information. Credit card information must be faxed to 323-856-5110 or mailed in with the order, including a copy of a valid driver's license and the signature of the cardholder. This information can not be given over the phone.

The general response time for mail orders is usually 24 hours, however it may vary according to volume.

How We Ship

We can ship orders directly to you anywhere in the continental U.S. via UPS or FedEx. Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and destination zip code and therefore are added when the order is received. To get an estimate or for shipments to Canada and outside of the U.S. please email us at kiosk@isgophoto.com Unless otherwise requested, all orders will be signature required.

What Forms of Payment We Accept

We accept all major credit cards including Discover and money orders. No out-of-state personal checks, please. When possible, please send payment with the order to avoid delays in shipping. Orders will not ship without payment. We do not accept or send orders C.O.D.
